Are these a bolt on for the 2002?

They are advertised as originally on a Fiat 124 and look very similar to the solex side drafts if have seen on this forum. They are going cheap so worth grabbing??

The IDF is a down draft carb. The 911,912 and flat 4 VW use down drafts (mostly). These carbs look like down drafts instead of side drafts. More pics would be helpful.
