Here we go..starting a resto project and need some referrals

I have a resto project I am starting on (Its been a while since I have done one) and never have done a project in Orange COunty, Ca. Anyone have any good referrals for a body shop? The car has some rust, so I want to do a frame off.

How about a good shop for an engine and tranny rebuild? Any good referrals would be greatly appreciated.
