I agree with both of you! This car will bring a pretty penny... I came across a totally refinished 73 tii that was polaris with black interior (originally came with navy blue). It sold for 17k... Since then, I've always regretted walking away from it. There's something appealing about not having to do any work and finding the perfect 2002. As much as I would enjoy refinishing my own, I don't have the time to do so.
