2 bmw 2002's 1971 and a 76

I have two 2002 bmw's. the 71 is wrecked in the right front. The 76 was bought for the parts to fix the 71. typical rust on both but not bad.

Both run and drive. Both are manual. The 76 has a sunroof.

Pretty sure this is the ad on Washington DC CL which has been running for a few weeks; if so, the location is Silver Spring MD, immediately north of DC.

Unless I am wrong, the Green Roundie is either a 72 or 73. The rear bumper and side rub strips are key.

Jim, April 1971 is when the 'Model 71' cars started rolling off the factory floor.

it could be either a late 71 or a 72, probably with a 257 or early 258xxxx VIN.

OK I was wrong. BMW did some weird in-between MY changes. The VIN would help.
