I've taken old gas in a 5 gallon bucket w/ lid (like you get at Home Despot).

You have to leave the bucket. . .

All my neighbors have electric mowers and trimmers :{. I have some old gas that I can't ever get rid of (please don't tell me to put it in the VW).

1. Be careful decanting and use an approved container

2. Contact your local health dept - they will tell you when they will be having the next Household Hazardous Waste Cleanup Day.

or

3. Put the containers out on the street saying "free Hummer fuel"
