Just seen this. Not sure where I got that picture. Age issues setting in!
  2. Hey Jordan, Good to see you back, and, I see that you have moved. Can't help you with your quest unfortunately, but best of luck. Cheers, Les
  3. Go to page 24 of 37 of the attached PDF section from the BMW Blue Repair Manual It shows 'Joint Mastic' being used. Search Google. Next page (25) shows 'Teroson Sealing Compound 2322' - probably not available anymore, but search Google anyway (you never know). Body_Equipment.PDF
  4. Hey Max, It's taken me over a week but I finally found them. Had to buy a couple years ago in order to get a replacement trunk light switch. PM me your address and we'll work something out. Cheers, Les
  5. Where's the rear spoiler/wing that you were going to make/fit?
  6. The car used to be Colorado, and, the car was $6500 a week ago!!
  7. Price has doubled in 18 months! https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1975-bmw-2002-48/
  8. I did an installation at a Steelworks in Stolberg back in the '80s.
  9. Something very odd about that auction. It was as if scripted like a reality tv program. Pretty much everyone that commentated got a zillion likes thus turning the whole thing yellow. If it is real, then the winner definitely had a lot more money than sense (system normal for BAT).
  10. Once I've clicked on the 'privacy' thing, it shows I'm not logged in. However, if I ignore that and go to the discussion forum page it then shows I am logged in. If I leave the Faq and come back later, usually the privacy thing shows up again, but, occasionally it does not and I'm good to go.
  11. Same here. Every time I open the Site. Started yesterday.
  12. I too, have a matching NOS mid-section that I bought years ago in error.
  13. It's a code number used by BMW for a 2002ti motor from 9/68 thru 4 /72. Not sure if it was for the motor Block only or the complete assembled motor. BMW had code numbers for all their engines, ie. typ 114, E3, E9, etc..
  14. 2781150 - was for sale back in 1995 by the original Owner. Car was stated to be original and was Polaris with Tan interior.
  15. Real interesting keeping up with all your different "User Names'. Mr. Williams. Shame you can't at least have one of them pay something to help the "faq".
  16. Since the invention of 'smart' appliances, spelling has deteriorated. Strange there is no spell check........oh......wait....
  17. One of those clamps is the wrong way round........not sure which one though?
  18. Stated as 'reportedly' a Southern car, but was in Vancouver, WA, in the mid 2000s.
  19. Yep, the 'artist' formerly known as 'scooby' & ‘reno’ strikes again. I wonder the need to keep changing User Names if he’s legit.
  20. I think it fair to say, BMW expected any windshield seal to leak, and thus provided an instruction to help prevent it. If one refers to BMW's Blue Repair Manual - section/page 51-31/2 (front), 51-31/3 (rear) & 51-31/5 (rear Touring) the following is noted...... Uniformly fill rubber lip all around with joint mastic and for the Touring rear screen use Teroson Sealing Compound 2322
  21. When you get here, I have a collection of parts I can sell you to make you feel at home? Has anyone warned you about the humidity here in TN?
