  1. It's still around and for sale this month. It's location changes from TN to PA!!
  2. I believe it's still available at your favoured supplier. Part# 15 11 1 117 053
  3. Luggage compartment light ?
  4. I wonder how many UK delivered '02s still have this BS plate attached?
  5. Curious. Here's a pic of my RHD UK delivery '02...……...E6 is Touring, so are you saying that E1 & E2 relates to Germany & France? All the E Code stickers I have seen always have E1 & E2, but the other numbers (10R - etc) change depending on the model (Touring, 2002 Sedan/Cabrio, 1502 Sedan etc)

Does he still have it for sale? He had it on Ebay 2 1/2 years ago and it reportedly sold.
  7. USA tii part # 11 62 1 265 449 superceding old part # 11 62 0 743 100 which was same part # for all LHD Euro 2002s except the Turbo. If you can't find one over here, then there's probably a heap of them in Germany. Shipping may be pricey though.
  8. Ahh, Only Fools & Horses. I don't know why they never had the show here in the US. I'm sure the Americans would have understood most of it.
  9. Well, you learn something every day for sure. While I'm pretty decent with 2002 parts, I'm not with E21 parts, particularly/obviously, what I now understand is, a one year only sport steering wheel.
  10. I think it was supposed to replicate a 1973, however, as it was built (IIRC) in 2009, then, I guess, it should be a 2009.?
  11. FWIW, this is an E21 320is wheel Yours looks like a Turbo wheel attached to an E21 hub....If that's even possible!
  12. That Ebay one does not look like an E21 wheel. It does look like a Turbo wheel (see pic below of Turbo wheel).
  13. JB springs into action to save the day...………..?
  14. The Seller/Owner bought the car on Ebay in Sep '08 and it reportedly cost him $25k. Sad, considering it was largely bondo.
  15. Only about the Ashes & the bloody flies over there...?
  16. The oil sticker is missing the C after 30. The fuse sticker is, I believe, for '76 models. Pic below for '74 & '75 models. For whatever reason, fuses 3 & 4 changed.
  17. I believe the oil sticker for a 72tii was as per pic below, and positioned top left corner of the hood under the air pressure sticker. The Achtung sticker did not arrive until the '74 models. Many places sell stickers/decals for the '02s, but defining which one pertains to which year car is not always correct. It is likely Owners will choose what they think is correct, and, overtime (assuming we haven't already got there), no one will be able to clearly state which is correct.
  18. As Jim alluded to, install the bumper and ensure it is sitting correctly, then mark the holes to suit. I did this recently with my Touring refurb; had I drilled holes per my old fenders I would have been in trouble. Hole sized for clearance for M8 bolt.
  19. For those with '02s up to early '72 (?) the italic font colour decals would be nice to have. However, given the number of colours available, I don't think this would be a viable operation.
  20. Beware, some decals have errors, so be watchful. The pic below shows +85F as -30 & the C is missing. Below that it reads unter -10C, should be über -10C. Second pic is my original Touring oil decal....I needed a "every 6000km" one, which I did eventually find.
