  1. I'd first check the mesh screen on the fuel sender in the tank. A lot of them get clogged or they fall off. Also, mechanical or electronic fuel pump? I had similar issues before, and my elec fuel pump seemed to be working, but under throttle it would cut out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Blacking out trim was hip in 83? Nice find. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Hi Carsten, Thanks for sharing the pics of your TI. Are the last set of photos current? Looking forward to seeing it finished. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Damn, that looks good. What tires did you get? Wish I had a shop that could do this around here.
  5. Would love to find more pics/info on this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. The red looks cool! Will look good with black interior. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Front: IE coilovers bent and shortened strut housing, Bilstein Sports (rabbit), 7" 300lbs springs, and offset roll-center spacers. In this shot the coilovers are dialed to its highest setting. Rear: Bilstein sports with IE stage 2 springs and 1 dot spring pads. Wheels: Compomotive TH1380 13x8 et-10 with Sumitomo 205/60/13r tires. Pardon the dust. Front windshield is getting replaced. It was already cracked, so while prepping for paint I said F it and painted pass the gaskets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. As far as I know there are no aftermarket kidney grills for early/late model 02's. They're all OEM. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Is that an Abarth exhaust? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hi Erick, Awesome find. I love that swan neck mirror. The rest of the car looks to be in great shape. For used/new parts I usually post in the WTB section here on the site. If I can't find them here or if I need them in a hurry I go to blunttech.com Also, I do buy parts from BMW of South Atlanta. They're site has good charts and exploded views of just about everything. Also it's easy to find part numbers on there site. Check em out here. http://parts.bmwofsouthatlanta.com Good luck getting her back on the road! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I rarely see them pop up for sale. When they do it's usually on German eBay. I think I've seen a Motor Nord or H&B valve cover come up for sale here. Memory is hazy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. You try Ireland Engineering? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Another valve cover. Wish I could find (and afford) some of this old H&B stuff. Wheels, horn buttons, shift knobs...
  14. I like the idea of this thread. Here's a Heideger M10 valve cover. Had a photo of a Motornord cover but can't seem to find it now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Or maybe some satin black vinyl. I think it would adhere better than electrical tape and not leave such a tacky residue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Looking forward to the updates. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Just got my refund from Matt Sandoval also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
