    This ad claims that the ball cup bushing is used in 6 locations on the linkage. The parts diag at Max only shows one -- on the vertical linkage rod. Where else are these used? I want to make sure I order the right quantity.     Is there an adaptor to covert a shorter mounting boss alternator to a Tii mount? I'd like to correct the set up in my car without having to spend on an AL40X right now. Thx! BN

    Thanks for the site. I was able to access and register now. However, there still are some problems. On the registry, only 1971 and 72 lists work. Clicking on 1973 or 74 causes and HTTP Status 500 error. Regards, Byas

    I've got new accelerator pedal and the bushing. Any tips on how to get the bushing on to the accelerator rod without breaking it? It seems to be a real tight fit. Thx! Byas

    Another question: What are part number 3 & 4 on here? I don't have those on my headlights.

    You are correct!! I just compared the buckets. There is a significant difference. The buckets are welded to the frame at different angles. Look where I am pointing and compare with the other headlight mount. Now, what did the bucket and mount look like originally? Was it all cadmium plated, or was it black or was it body color? Pictures of new one would be helpful Thanks! Byas

    Are they handed -- with different left and right sides? How can you tell? My headlights are pointed wide left and wide right respectively on drivers and passengers side and wondering if the buckets were installed incorrectly. THx! Byas

    Yes, Tii. Window regulator works. Will put door brake on my list of ToDos. What do I need to get the alternator set up right? Is that the right bracket for a Tii? Is this where I need an adaptor to conver the short mounting boss alternator to a bracket designed for a longer one? Thx!

    While going through my doors to clean and get my locks to work again, I found these parts within the doors. Then the next day found that bar like piece in both doors of a 75 in the yard. This it the setup on my alternator -- it's strapped down with a block of wood. Any idea what alternator this is and what parts I need to get it to the right setup? Also, the oil filter mount says "Purolator" on it -- is it the original mount? Thx! Byas

    Not looking for color and prefer the BMW version as on 2002Tii.org -- just want a higher resolution version of that one. That's an equivalent 11x17 diag as well (it's split into 2 pages). Will look at hockey stick tape. Will a Sports authority or Big 5 carry it? Thx!

    Is there a source for a higher resolution version of the '74Tii USA wiring diagram than what's on 2002Tii.org? The one there is low resolution and the decoder is not printable -- only can be viewed in the PDF bookmarks. The Haynes that I just bought has atrocious print quality. Also, I'd like to restore the harness in my engine bay. Is the wrapping made from cloth electrical tape? Is there a source for this? Also, any sources for the original type open barrel connectors?
