Very cold and clear here today, 17 or so degrees overnight decided to let the Ceylon project rest today and took the Inka tii for a drive on cow creek. Some of the areas of the creek were frozen over. -

Looks well worth 7500 to me, exactly the car I would be looking for if in the market to completely refresh one…early car/tii/good color from pictures looks rusty from setting outside which is “better” than that road salt rust…very savable. -

Making good progress, but the last 15% seems to take forever…finally finished under dash wiring/center console/ steering wheel surround and installed passenger seat… -

Today we Picked up the next project, starting on it about this time next year… my wife Tory says these cars are a magnet for 65 year old men I guess she’s right… -
Ray is correct, Terry Sayther has rebuilt five for me over the last few years…even let me let me set and watch… . Terry wearing a a T-shirt he had made saying that I am Skoda car club of America president…

Tires and wheels installed this morning, finished the trunk area yesterday…plate holder and lights, covered side panels in trunk to match new vinyl on floor panels…making good progress a week are so to finish line. -

Spent the whole day working on installing two seats, started this morning with mounting the slides and I noticed that the upholstery guy had put the seat back for the driver side onto the bottom for the passenger side… so I had to redo those in the process I realized that one of the cables that works the fold forward function had broken, so I still have to repair that, but I did get one seat installed… -

Finishing up the interior, got tired of that and installed the first two pieces of exterior trim… -
Don’t tell the others but this is my favorite 2002, stock except for added five speed...
