Looks like a great event. Nice cars for sure. I've seen a Singer Design Porsche in person last Summer.
The workmanship and quality of everything was stunning.
Might be the nicest built car I've ever seen.

4 minutes ago, Son of Marty said:
I think the hooks were intended to be used to pull a car out of a ditch or snow bank not to tow the car down the road.
They look capable of that I think. Like putting the car on a flatbed and such.
Was quite awhile back I thought I read that here and was surprised by that.
thanks

My May 1973 has two hooks but subframe could of came off a 74 iirc.
Thought I read here hooks were somewhat fragile and not to use them.
Wonder if true ?

Oh heck yeah
-
Count me in.
Thanks for doing this

I could be interested. Would be shipped to someone then domestic shipping cost ?
-
Love the seats
-
They are sharp and can be quite tight. Patience helps for sure.
Good luck with it kinda a PIA job.

Since the seller doesn't seem to know much about the wheels. I would measure the bolt pattern, center bore and
offset just to confirm. 4x100 and 4x114 are hard to tell apart without measuring. 4x114 seems to be the popular
size. Caveat Emptor

Search Dan Gurney wheel appears to be a popular wheel with VW crowd and clean up good.
Could be a neat find, no idea of there value $$. If you like them worth a look I would think.
Good Luck with it.

Maybe more info, but still just a guess.

Maybe Dan Gurney wheels ? or Maybe and appear to be rarer wheel Hands Engineering.
The Hands wheel look to have a raised center.

I know a little bit about Panasports and nothing about Minilites. I would be skeptical they are either.
Google came up with these that look to be the same.

Video appears to show No washers on the bracket stud. I would start with a washer there if missing.

Did some wiring for my new headlight relays

I have Hal Boyles linkage also been two years with Zero problems.
Fuel pressure regulator if you don't have one.
The D3SSHOOTER videos are great. Grab a beer and watch his whole series on DCOE's .

My old ears can't hear anything. I had installed a used header that got tweaked in shipping.
Two of the header runners would touch under load causing a ringing did drive me crazy.
I found it by sliding a small piece of thin cardboard between the header till it wouldnt fit.
Then tweaked it with a pry bar to get a little more gap ringing gone.
Long shot I know If you even have a header ?

Mine smooth out nicely at just over a grand. Maybe drop fuel pressure just a hair. Check timing to see where its at.

Wow, that's impressive
those look thick as hell
