The Condor tii is nice indeed. Should do very well. I for one would have seller remorse. GLWA I'll be in the cheap seats watching.

I didn't realize the shorty was so popular. After pulling my header for the afr bung noticed it was looking pretty tired.
My son is a metal fabricator, does a lot of stuff for 60's 70's muscle cars. We talked about doing a header and exhaust for my car.
Was thinking the Tri Y header.
Some of his work on a Evo.

I recently pulled my header to have a bung welded for afr. I did it on jack stands and Race Ramps Racer Mat.
The Mat helps quite a bit for my 63yo body. Installing on stands is very doable. Oh yea and I will have a hoist soon I hope.

Pretty sure he no longer does the seats. He moved back to the states last fall. I got one of his last sets, and there nice.
Someone took over and is supposed to do a good job. Try Recaroseatsforsale on facebook.

Little bit of project creep, ended up changing out both rear calipers. Passenger side looked as bad as the driver side.
All new in the back just to be safe. Oh sprayed them in high temp clear to save the nice new look.

VR-1 in the 2002, change annually at the least. I use Synthetic Castrol,Liqui Moly in my e39's all good stuff I think.

Ended up with a new left rear brake caliper. The old caliper appeared to have a pretty hard life.

I'd highly recommend Hal Boyles TI replica linkage, I tried a couple cable linkages with poor results, His mechanical linkage works perfect
I have this kit as well. Very nice and works as factory would , great pedal feel.

Repair a cobbled up rear disc brake bleeder. Thinkin the caliper was on its way out, can't get the piston to retract or come out now.
Will be in search of a new used VW MK3 caliper tomorrow. oy vey

I'm always amazed at the response's I get driving mine. Big smiles from people of all ages and lots of thumbs up. Every once in a while someone will know the year and knowledge of what the car is. Being Orange doesn't hurt either.
One quote "I love your cute little car" really cute little car ??

While never naming a car. I do feel their a living breathing thing and they do have a personality.
They have given me great joy over the years and always look forward to a road trip in either my 02 or touring.

I rented a U Haul trailer and a Ford Super Duty from Enterprise truck. Not the cheapest but no worries at all.
Mine was a 2000 mile round trip. The truck was $74k with 900 miles on it, a pure joy to drive and made the trip fun and easy
all done alone.
Nowhere N.Dakota.
2002 fits easy on a UHaul trailer.

Tis a great story.? Three years ago I found my 73 tii from the 90's at a car show, tried to buy it back. All I got was a no.
It did cement the idea that I needed another 2002 and how much I like these cars and had to have another.
Forty hours with a truck and trailer,a border crossing or two a cashiers check and a couple handfuls of money were all good.
After 18 months of searching. easy peasy
