Wonderful event, excellent weather, very minor issues for some folks on the way down and back and most of all great seeing everyone again.  For me, the highlight was seeing Randy & Marge Anderson and their "new" tii Touring (with Sport Package!)

This 69 2002 was brought down by the original owner's son and his wife (current owners).  It used to be Bristol before being resprayed Silver after a rear end accident a while ago.  VIN is 1666179 which is only 90 cars from my 69.

Clay replacing the high pressure fuel line on his 67 Thursday evening.  Tim on the left, Chuck DeHaven on the right. We joked that if this was a modern German car, there would have been a dashboard warning message like "Visit Workshop!".

During the trip to a local auto parts store, Clay mentioned he had spotted a BMW 2002 a few blocks away.  Clay, Matthew Cervi and I set out Friday to find said BMW.

First we spotted this old Mercury Montego MX

Passed these two VW Buggies on the way back on I-95 near Richmond.  Both had what appeared to be Dual downdraft Webers.

Slight diversion - both were winners at the event and both are National Capital Chapter BMW members

I think this little island with shade tree at the Hawthorn Hotel may be christened the "NCC" and/or "ISRCG" designated parking spot.

No one has posted the unspeakable acts that befell my poor Bavaria after I was in bed. I really do know nothing. Only that Wegweiser was somehow involved...
